Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped UPS whenever possible.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Shipping charges are billed to the customer.

Return Information
Returns will only be accepted if authorized by Dock Hardware.
Authorized number must be clearly marked on any package/carton returned.
No returns will be accepted Freight Collect.
Specific shipping instructions will be given to assure you of prompt credit.
There is a 25% restocking charge for all returned merchandise.
